Mr. Lichten has been in the Schenectady City School district for 15 years. He started off at Yates where I was a fifth grade teacher and a teaching and learning coach.  For the last eight school years he has been an Instructional Supervisor at both Hamilton Elementary School and Zoller Elementary School.
