Brittney Griffin, a 2002 graduate of Schenectady High School, is the Associate Choreographer for the Broadway Musical Kimberly Akimbo, which was nominated for 8 Tony Awards this year. Brittney currently lives in New York City, and since October has traveled a few days per month to Schenectady for a workshop with the City As Our Campus students attending Proctors. In the workshop, students covered audition preparation and what to expect at a casting, and on the final day held a professional photoshoot where each student received headshots. Students at Paige Elementary also participated in their own workshop with Ms. Griffin.
