The Business Office is responsible for the financial and accounting transactions for the district, which include providing payroll and purchasing services to our staff members.
Our Accounts Receivable Department handles invoicing to our customers, which includes retirees for their health insurance and companies that use our facilities.
With the assistance of the Capital Region BOCES, our tax collector collects property taxes from our residents.
The Business Offices also handles insurance claims, including student accidents, Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests and is responsible for oversight of the Food Service Program which is managed by a third party contractor, Sodexo.
