Re-entry from hospitalization

It is important that any student who has a hospitalization, or has been sent to the hospital for evaluation by the school, has a re-entry meeting and provides medical clearance from a physician. If you child is hospitalized or has been sent for medical evaluation, please contact the school to schedule a re-entry meeting.
