Pursuant to Education Law §2857(1) and 8 NYCRR §119.4, we will be holding a public hearing regarding the following charter school proposal.
Urban Collegiate Academy Charter School
As per New York State Law, when a charter school application is submitted, the school district in which the charter school would be located, must hold a public hearing to solicit comments from the community.
The hearing will be held as follows:
