Key Features for Families
The new system automatically translates all communications into each user's preferred language, ensuring every family stays informed. Through ParentSquare, parents, guardians, and caregivers can:
Stay Informed: Access real-time updates on district news, emergency alerts, and school events.
Communicate Directly: Send and receive private messages with classroom teachers and school staff.
Complete Administrative Tasks: Fill out digital forms, submit permission slips, and schedule parent-teacher conferences online.
View Media & Calendars: Access school photos and track district-wide event schedules in one place.
Step-by-Step Account Activation
Families who have not yet registered can activate their accounts using the invitation sent via email and text.
Open the Invitation: Locate the ParentSquare setup link sent to your registered email address or phone number.
Register: Click Activate Your Account to begin the verification process.
Verify Contact Information: Enter your email or phone number, click Get Started, and input the multi-digit verification code sent to your device.
Confirm Profile & Students: Verify your personal contact details, review the list of children linked to your profile, and click Confirm next to each child.
Getting Started and Getting Help
To access real-time mobile push notifications, families are encouraged to download the free ParentSquare app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The platform can also be accessed from any desktop browser at www.parentsquare.com.
For technical support or navigation guidance inside the platform, click the Question Mark (?) icon on the web portal or select Help inside the mobile app to view troubleshooting guides. Families needing additional assistance can contact their school's main office directly.
