The Schenectady and Niskayuna School Districts in collaboration with Capital Region BOCES will be offering a High School Summer Program at Schenectady High School. This is a fully accredited program that will be made available only to registered students of Schenectady and Niskayuna schools.

Registration

All students are advised to speak with their counselor concerning course recommendations. Registration will be held at Schenectady High School on:

In person registration is not required.
We will be hosting two in person registrations at Schenectady High School in the Guidance Office - please enter the Flag Pole Entrance off of The Plaza (Door 1)

Two—Period Day:

Monday—Thursday

Period 1: 8:00 —10:05 a.m.

Period 2: 10:10 a.m.— 12:15 p.m.

Code of Conduct

The BOCES Discipline Code of Conduct will be followed. Serious infractions of the Discipline Code may result in dismissal from the program. Any student with 3 discipline referrals will be subject to dismissal from the program.

Attendance Policy

Any student with 3 unexcused absences will be dismissed from summer school with no credit given.

Breakfast/Lunch Program

A breakfast/lunch program (bagged breakfast/lunch) will be offered to all summer school students.
