🍎 The Schenectady City School District's annual Administrative Retreat is taking place at The Landing Hotel this week. This two-day event brings our district leaders together to collaborate, learn, and strengthen their leadership skills to better serve our students, staff, and families. On the agenda: ✨ Restorative Justice Education (RJEd): Building a Culture of Care for school leaders and administrators. 📘 Leadership Handbook: Guidance and tools to support effective leadership across our schools. 📱 Cell Phone Policy Discussion: Ensuring consistent expectations that foster focused and distraction-free learning environments.
