Dear Keane Elementary School Parents, Guardians, and Caregivers,
I am writing today to share some exciting news regarding the future of our school. As part of our approved Capital Project, Keane Elementary is scheduled for major construction and facility upgrades beginning this summer and continuing throughout the 2026-2027 School Year.
To ensure this work is completed safely and efficiently, the school building must be fully vacated during construction.
For the 2026-2027 school year, Keane Elementary will be temporarily relocated to Fulton Elementary School (408 Eleanor St. in the Bellevue community).
Our primary goal throughout this transition is to maintain the consistency of your child’s education and social environment. Our plan is for our entire faculty, staff, and student body to move together as one community. This means that while the building may be different, the heart of our school remains the same. Your child will see the same familiar faces, teachers, and friends every single day.
We are currently surveying capacity and classroom needs at Fulton to ensure the best fit for every classroom. If there are any changes to the plan that will impact your child’s class location, we will contact you as soon as possible
The work being done to our school is a vital investment in your child’s future. These upgrades will provide a modernized learning environment and improved facilities that our students deserve.
While we know a relocation requires an adjustment, we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. All students will be provided with transportation to and from the Fulton campus.
