There will be no school and the district offices will be closed on Wednesday, 3/8 in observance of the Holi Holiday.
It's a day off but it's also an opportunity to learn about the Hindu holiday celebrated by so many in the Schenectady Community.

Last night we informed parents that there was a vehicle in Central Park trying to lure kids into a car with stuffed animals. The Schenectady Police investigated and do not believe there is any safety concern as it relates to this incident.

Friday Feature, Meet Megan Jordan!
I have been a SCSD School Counselor for 13 years. I joined the Yates family this year and I’m having so much fun. I’m so inspired by their enthusiasm and the way they work to overcome challenges.
With the winds expecting to pick up later this afternoon, all District After-School Activities, Events and Programs are cancelled this afternoon with the exception of Athletic Competitions. Athletic Competitions will be held as scheduled.
