This week’s guest artist residency with Soul Steps and musician, Jason Lucas, are bringing the SHS Dance Department and JSSFA Drummers together to create a collaborative performance. The piece will be showcased at Project Dance on May 20th, and we can't wait to see it! 💃🏽✨

Last week, teachers and students came together to raise money for the prom by competing in a Staff Vs Students basketball game. The game was extremely competitive and featured a halftime show and prizes.

This past Saturday, 115 employees participated in Patriot Tech Camp with 20 sessions focused on using instructional tech to engage students and boost classroom outcomes. Special thanks to the 20 staff members who presented. Looking forward to more events like this! 📚

In Schenectady, all students are eligible for free breakfast when they arrive to school. Eating breakfast in the morning can lead to higher scores in reading and math, and improved concentration and memory.
