High School Information Sessions

Teaching children to immerse themselves in a good book is one of the most valuable things you can do as a parent. A childhood love of reading sets the stage for success as an adult. A child who loves reading will have an inquiring mind, a vivid imagination, and great problem-solving skills. Set some time aside to do some reading with your kids this week and inspire a lifelong love of the written word.

This week, our very own music teacher and jazz artist Keith Pray led an insightful workshop at the Capital District Regional Music Educators Symposium held at SUNY Schenectady.

Participants explored strategies for moving past traditional boundaries in music education and learned how to successfully include improvisation for all students. Educators from across the Capital Region attended this event to learn best practices from experts like Keith Pray.

We are here to help. Each of our schools has a small food pantry. Reach out to your school parent liaison for support.
