💗Students from Yates and Hamilton crossed social-emotional learning and Valentine's Day for a fun lesson. They listened to "A Little Spot of Love" and drew a picture of how they can show love at school.
Congratulations to the new inductees of the SHS Tri-M Music Honor Society who were inducted this past Wednesday evening. Tri-M recognizes students for their academic and musical achievements, leadership and desire to serve their community through music. The induction ceremony was led by the current Tri-M officers and included several musical performances by current members.

💖 Valentines for Vets took place this week at Pleasant Valley Elementary. Students created handmade cards, wrote messages to veterans from Schenectady and had a chance to personally deliver them.

This past Sunday, My Brother’s Keeper hosted “Smart Choices. Strong Futures,” a youth empowerment event dedicated to mentorship and character development. Through motivational talks and life-skills workshops, students engaged in vital discussions regarding leadership, accountability, and positive decision-making.
