
Last night, the BOE adopted a 2024-25 Budget proposal in the amount of $277,731,769. The proposal maintains all current programs & staffing levels. NO impact on the tax levy. More on our website.
Voters will head to the polls to vote on the 2024-2025 Budget on May 21.

Congratulations to Dominic DiMezza, a Schenectady High School Senior who has earned Eagle Scout honors, the highest rank by Boys Scouts of America. An Eagle Scout Court of Honor was held Saturday. Dr. Cotto & Mr. DiCaprio were on hand to celebrate with Dominic.

Congrats to our teams from Mont Pleasant and Oneida who competed in the Seaperch Competition held last week at Union College. One of the Oneida teams took the top spot & is advancing to the National Championships at the end of May.

On Tuesday, April 16th, 33 students from the SHS Business Leadership Community visited Metlife stadium for the Jets Sports Business Day. The students had the opportunity to go behind the scenes and learn about the business of sports off the field.

Project Dance was a beautiful performance this week at SHS! A job well done to our choreographers, Ms. Los, Ms. Redick, Ms. Cipriano and our senior dancers.
