MORE ABOUT BELL-TO-BELL DISTRACTION-FREE SCHOOLS Governor Kathy Hochul held a roundtable with New York State United Teachers (NYSUT) President Melinda Person, Capital Region school district administrators, teachers and other stakeholders to highlight their plans for implementing bell-to-bell smartphone restrictions when school resumes this fall. Huge thanks to Dr. Kedley, the IEE team, our Safety Team, Sch'dy Police, & our community partners for creating a safe & fun space for students at our Liberty St. lot during SummerNight on Friday!
