Families, we apologize for the late message. Please send your child into school tomorrow with a sweatshirt or jacket as the Schenectady Fire Department will be visiting our students. The firefighters will talk to the students about their jobs and teach fire safety basics like stop, drop and roll. This event will be outdoors in the morning.

We are aware of threats being made against school districts across the region. We have not received a direct threat. Our CEOs are aware of the threats, which appear to be swatting calls. We will keep you updated if anything changes. Safety is always a top priority.
