A new feature has been added to the playground area of Keane Elementary. Staff and students are excited to tryout their brand new “Story Trail”.
The trail is made up of 15 easel displays, each containing a section from the book, “Finding Brooklyn”, by local author Dan Sadlowski.
The easels were designed and constructed by Washington Irving Education Center’s construction trades teacher, George Van Der Wouden, and his students.
The trail will be on display for for the Keane student showcase on Thursday, August 4.
